ways to include cinnamon daily

Been reading about how good it is for us. Since I don't like the taste very much, I've considered buying cinnamon capsules or making my own. But decided to just wrap some in bread and take it that way instead of making it an ingredient in many foods. Anyone else have any ideas?

I like eating bananas heated in the microwave with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Cinnamon is pretty versatile and can be used in a lot....most fruits (like apples, bananas, etc) are really yummy with cinnamon (and prolly a lil sugar). I imagine some veggies and meats and what not wouldnt tasta bad either, mainly cuz cinn. isnt really sweet...

You can buy empty capsules at your local pharmacy and put the cinnamin in there and swallow it if you don't like the taste, it works quite well.

I put a HUGE amount into my hot cereal (oatmeal, Wheatena, Cram of Wheat) when I make it.
I pile it onto the winter squashes that I have almost every day in the fall. It's DELICIOUS on sliced apples!

Try sprinkling into your tea or coffee for an "Oriental" taste...of course, that doesn;t account for very much.

Take two eggs mix them until there all yellow put them on a pan with butter or what ever. Don't scramble them just flip them until done then put grounded cinnamon on them ok. Have a nice day
