I've read that green tea is very healthy because of the antioxidants it contains, but does it cause weight loss the way some claim (I can't really do anything focused on weight loss now)? And are there any adverse affects caused by drinking one cup a day?
Yeah, green tea is super healthy and if you drink enough of it it speeds up your metabolism a little bit, which aids in weight loss. It also causes water retention though, which isnt so good. But if you drink enough water, you shouldnt worry about that.
