There is a trick to not gaining weight over the holidays. What you do is to make the other 2 meals you eat light meals and do aerobic exercise for 30-50 min. each night. Trying to pick the lesser of the evils as the previous poster mentioned will help, but it is a difficult task when all those goodies are there. You have to remember to keep your portions reasonable.
For example: If you're invited to a really big luncheon with nothing but "bad food," eat half a cantalope for breakfast and a big salad for supper.
