This whole month it seems like i have been constantly eating because of the holidays. A lot of it is junk, and would like to get rid of all the junk inside my body for the new year. Does anyone know any good detox ideas or best way to get the toxins out of my body? I would appreciate if people would post their ideas. Thanks.
Some sort of fast should help and look up Yogi tea. Yogi has a detox tea that may help. Exercising and drinking plenty of water helps. Detoxing is mainly about giving your organs a break while exceting the bad stuff! Just don't forget to take your vitamins. I believe in short fasting but you also have to be careful when fasting not to deplete your body of the necessities (vitamins, water).
