In my opinion, anything other than a multi vitamin with calcium/magnesium, fish oil and flaxseeds is a waste of money unless you are experiencing a problem like depression, memory loss, etc. And actually, fish oil is one of tthe best choices for those two. I know CoQ10 is good for memory loss and stuff, but there is a lot of products being sold out there that don't do a darn thing they claim too. So, I just take a multi vitamin, cal mag vitamin, eat flaxseeds and take fish oil on alternative days from the flaxseeds. Some people claim that CLA is good for weightloss, however it's found in many of the foods we eat, and I think it's all bull crap cause once you go off them, you basically gain all the weight back pretty fast anyways. Again, this is just my opinion.
