No you are not a pig! Hey, everybody loves pizza. When you do that next time, just make sure you balance it out by eating healthy the rest of the day, or going to the gym. Thats what I do if I know I cant eat healthy for a certain meal.
OH MAN! that is not bad at all.. i know people who eat like a WHOLE PIZZA!! thats when you need to be concerned. something greasy and not the healthiest ever is OK as long as you only do it every once in a while! one bad meal wont hurt you.. and if you feel so guilty just eat some healthy meals until you feel better!! dont feel guilty!
Shoot, I used to have like 3 or 4 pieces of pizza but now that I eat healthier, I'll only have 2. 2 pieces is NOTHING, and we usually order a pizza once a week and like I said, I have 2 pieces and I'm not fat at all. Don't worry, ENJOY! That's one food I'll never give up, LOL.
Yeah, I am not giving up pizza either. We try to only get it once a month and it gives me stomach cramps sometimes, but it is soooo good. LOVE IT! And you are not going to get fat from 2 pieces of pizza. You might get fat if you eat 2 pieces of pizza every day and have an overall unhealthy lifestyle. But, i am guessing that is not the case.
sammyp, i feel the same way when i eat pizza, i feel gross afterwards...but i eat more like 4 pieces, but i try to eat only like 2 or 3...im not a big girl either, so i figure what the heck ill eat it and i dont gain weight from it, nor do i eat it all the time, but i do feel guilty after i eat it. I'll eat it sometimes at my boyfriends on sunday when they order it, its not every sunday, his mom always makes pasta( i feel so bad after pasta too!!!) i feel yucky and huge, but everything in moderation is ok.
haha okay thanks guys! i liek reasuring talk! hehe:P i love all those kidnas of foods, spaghetti, chinese food, and pizza! yum. but pur supper is usually a meat, rice and veggies, or a meat poatoes and veggies. we are rather boring id say haha. and when we go out for supper, i go all out and order somethin fancy (but yet healthy) hehe...
by the way, today i was just 2 darn lazy to do nething and its freeaing outside, so i just sat around..is that okay if i just do that like 2wise a week? i really am an active girl, i just have my moments of..meh TV! hahah
hehe.. i would definitely say its OK to not work out every single day!! a lot of people acctually DONT recommend doing that! just go 3 times a week or more if you would like... and if you feel sluggish cutting back on working out and being active, then just add a little bit of time to the days that you DO work out.. OR on the days you stay in you can do things like crunches and pushups and lunges so its SOMETHING! thats what i do.. i dont feel like running today.. its cold out! haha so i get what you mean! its good to relax too
