I find cooking it in a skillet works well. I season chicken using a variety of spices. I use cajun, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and pepper frequently. Depending on your diet, you'll need to read ingredients and look for spices that contain salt or sugar.
George Foreman grill is friggin awesome. I buy the skinless breasts at grocery, and place em frozen on it, and season with maybe some steak seasoner or chicken seasoner, and squeeze a little lemon juice on it, takes about close to 10mins and its juicy and tender.
GF grill is pimptight. invest in one of those cheap buggers, healthy and fast preparation, with no thawing..
