Underweight problem

Hi!

I am a 21 year old male student, 1.70 cm tall.

The problem is that i am underweight: i have 62 kg.
I always was underweight


What kind of appetite stimulants do you recomand to gain weight?

You're not overweight. Your BMI is 21.45 (based on the information you gave above). A normal Body Mass Index is between 18.5-24.9.

Yes, i am not overweight, i am underweight!

I wouldnt recommend any sorts of pills or anything to gain weight. Do it the old fashioned way- eat more. Obviously dont eat junky foods, but try to fill up on whole grains, meats, fruits, veggies, etc. Also, you can lift weight and do weight bearing (muscle building) excersises (not aerobic or cardio).

Oops, meant to say underweight. You're not underweight either. Your BMI is 21 which is within the normal range for adults.
