Weekend Vrs. Weekday Hunger...
why is it when i wake up at 6:45, take my shower and get ready, go downstairs, i can eat as much as i want and never be hungry... but on the weekends when i wake up at.. lets say, 10:00, i dont feel a need to eat.
Also, on schooldays when i wake up at 6:45, during the day i feel confuzed/dizzy/tired, but on the weekends i dont... I dont think it is sleep issue...
also- yes i know they are bad, but energy drinks such as: "monster, redbull, rockstar", (the sugar free ones) make me feel great, and i never feel tired during the day after i have had one.. nor do i feel hungry. I think this is because they have certain vitamins in them that i lack... or something.
sounds weird- but i have everyday felt hungry, and tired, and yes i have tried everything.. i take a daily vitamin... i drink 80 oz a day... i exercise 45+ minites a day... i am healthy.
Let me show you today what i ate:
1 Cup FatFree Yoghurt - put some peaches/cherrys/rasberrys/strawberrys,blueberrys, and raisens in - a packet of splenda
1/4 cup of wheat oats, raisens, sugar free maple syrup, splenda (2), cinnomen
tablespoon special k cereal blended and mixed with wheat oats-
1 Cup soy milk
16 oz water
daily vitamin- centrium.
Finished my 24oz bottle of water i started to drink at 9:00
Bought new bottle of water
Subway- Wrap turkey/ham/roastbeef all vegies.
