I was thinking... if a dieter would wake up at 7:00 and go to sleep at 7:00...
Thats a 12 hour timeframe....
would it be healthy for lets say a person on a 1200 calorie diet to:
Eat 100 Calorie snacks every hour, instead of eating meals?... the only downside i could see is that it would make breakfast "low" on energy, but would definatly "fuel" the body"..
Even if a 1200 calorie diet isnt right; you can substitute this with 1600 calories... leaving you with bigger morning/lunchtime portions.
and this would also use the 40/30/30 method (method in which percentiles in carbs/protein/fat
Example
Wakeup: 7:00-
7:00 Wheat toast (45cal) toasted with small amount of non fat creamcheese (15cal) with half yoke and full egg white of an egg (est.45) and a doulope of fatfreesourcreme... 100
