Hello I'm new to this supplement by Pinnacle (NO2X). I just do NOT understand when to take this supplement. I already take protein and no I do not stack anything with this. I am on my off period from Androstein, so now I'm moving to this supplement. The label reads as this, it wants you to 6 pills daily, 3 in the morning on an empty stomach, and 3 30 minutes prior to lunch. Now... if I lift at 10am everyday (noon). Do I just wake up on my normal 9am schedule, take the first 3, lift at 10am, after lifting I take the other 3 then my protein shake 30mins after working out? Please help i have no idea when to take this supplement and when to do my workout inbetween. Thank you!
