I don't each much bread, maybe a few slices of whole wheat a week, but I recently decided to switch to sprouted bread. It is supposed to be refrigerated, but there is no expiration date. Does anyone know how long it should last? Like I said, I don't eat much bread, so a loaf could last me a month or more. Thanks!
Just keep it frozen..and, take two slices as needed straight in to the toaster..thats all... .. I think frozen can last you bout six months, I know my corn and, rice breads can last me bout 1 year frozen..there is also a date on them.
