Well, I think these salads are one of the ONLY healthy choices one can decide on when going to McDonalds, lol, plus, if you drink alot of water(like your new plan) and the rest of your diet isn't high in sodium, then it sounds great!

I never tried this salad, and I think I'll consider it next time. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich(rarely) when I'm in a hurry and eat it while I'm driving...I know it's a not the greatest idea.

Unfortunately, eating a salad AND driving would probably cause a wreck!
