I just had some whole grain spagetti tonight, and it's been a long time btw. It was so good but now my stomach feels sick, seriously it could be the wheat, heh. And Sammy, don't feel guilty about eating lasagna. Your right, all that stuff is what your body needs like the calcium, protein and lycopene(sauce). And NO, not all carbs are bad. Even if the pasta was "white" it's not like you overload on it, and it's still going to benefit your body.
