Couple of ryvita and a pack of salmon/tuna
Sachet of miso soup (just add boiling water) - come with freeze dried tofu to add
Bean salad (ie kidney, cannelini, black with drizzle of olive oil and squeeze of lemon plus herbs and chopped onion and peppers)
Homemade hummus with baby corn, and cut up pieces of celery, carrot and peppers
Homemade salsa and some type of baked chip or vegetable chip
Cold quinoa tabbouleh or quinoa salad
All can be prepared at home in no time and stored in the fridge
