Post coconut oil
I was told that coconut oil is supposed to be great for your health! Does anyone have any first hand experience with it? Thanks.

I have heard the same things. It's very common in India and Middle Eastern countries. My husband and I live in the ME so we decided to try it out. However, as with an oil, use a small amount. We use it to saute spinach. It makes it taste sooo good.
