I have been getting into soy chips lately- they are really tasty, have 150 cal per bag, 2 grams of fat and contain soy protein. I usually eat a bag as an afternoon snack before giong to the gym.
The only ingredients are low fat soy flour, rice, sunflower oil, sea salt.
How healthy do we think they are?
Does anyone have any idea?
Are they secretly contributing to my slight weight gain?
