protein bars needed

I am going out of the country. And i need to bring with me baked protein bars (for i am expecting, i won't be able to eat enough protein on that trip)

Any recipe that has no protein powder in it? Because i don't have protein powder....Maybe recipes with egg whites or some other protein riched ingredient?

Thanks!

I personally like the Zone protein bars. They come in a variety of flavors. You can also bring some protein shake and make your protein drinks. That is what I do when I go on a business trip.

Hi!

Well, I'm not sure if you mean homeade bars? If so, go to allrecipes.com or kraftfoods.com and you'll probably find some sort of healthy homeade bar to make.

If you want store bought, get CLIFF bars. They are pretty much all natural and from what I've heard everywhere, the best and healthiest bars (gotta keep that little one healthy!
