| need a plan
ok. im 16, male, who weighs 145-150 ibs. it fluctuates. anyways...i used to weigh 215 ibs last november but did somethin drastic and starved myself. i am trying to start eating again...but its really hard. some days i eat all 3 meals...but then go crazy at night and start eating everything i can get my hands on. then that makes me not want to eat anything the next day or two. so heres what i need. i think i need kind of a meal plan or some kind of idea of what i can eat to maintain my current weight. oh yeah, i am 5'9. i also exercise every day by getting on a treadmill for about 15 minutes...thats all i can do right now cause im just starting to get my strength back. but i think i would also like to get into some weight lifting to burn fat off...etc...i dont know...i just need help lol...
