MeaT!

i love meat..ahaha roast beef, chicken, nething! lol. and its good for me rite? i eat lean meats, and haha yah...i need to bulk up and gain muscle, so if i workout and get lots of my protien from meat should i be good?

as long as its fresh meat, not the plastic kind..lol and, get plain meat..and, spice it up with lots of onions..forget those sauces..they will make a hole in your stomach..lol im serious

Chicken is definately the best of all the meats, followed by turkey, and then pork and red meat. Although fish is even better than chicken.

Also make sure you get ORGANIC. This way you avoid ingesting all the antibiotics and steriods that inject into the animal PLUS you'll feel better knowing that the animal wasn't abused!!

hey veggie..i know it sounds funny to say this, but im serious..when i go it does not smell..two weeks ago i ate a granola bar with barley in it by mistake and, my farts smelled pretty much..ewww.. nope i don't like da feeling ..
