anyone ever eat kashi? its a high fiber high protein cereal. the crunch tastes real good and has like 10 g protien and 8 g fiber per cup. there other kinds as well. Another gives u 13 grams of protein and like 11 g of fiber. healthy with protien. also makes a good snack. Highly recomend if you eat cereal.
I love Kaishi!! I eat the Heart to Heart cherrios-looking one. It's the one I found out that is loaded with the most vitamins out of any other Kaishi cereal. It also has grapeseed extract which is a big anti-oxidant great for skin youthfulness and green tea extract which helps burn fat and gives you all the other stuff that green tea is known for. Along with Total, I think these two are among the healthiest cereals on the market.
I just started eating the Kashi Go Lean and love it. I sometimes have a small amount of it for a dry crunchy snack at night during a favorite show. It doesn't wreck my sugar because there's lots of fiber and protein.
Kashi Go Lean CRUNCH!! Love it! I also really like the honey puffed kashi. It's very light and airy, but has a sweet honey taste that is very yummy...mixed with cottage cheese and a banana, it's great!!!
