what should I eat when trying to lose weight.
My diet is very clean, however I never really paid any attention to how many calories I was eating, or how many grams of protein, fibre, carbs, etc I'm suppose to eat.
Can anyone help me out re: this. Someone mentioned that I should follow this rule...
30% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fiber, 10% fat
is this true?
Can someone list a sample menu of one full day (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) so I can get an idea of how much of protein fibre etc I;m suppose to be eating.
