| Certain Foods cause fat in specific region?
hello, i just got back from my spring break in cancun... for 11 days... and all i was doing was eating alot drinking alot and going crazy. I finally ate food and didnt care what i ate. After some club i even went to hooters at 2am in the morning so drunk i couldnt see straight, and ate 20 buffalo wings, then went into town, ate 2 icecreams from a store, wanted more but ran out of money, went to hotel, got gelato from the icecream coffeeshop place, and passed out in my room. Now, alot of my nights where like that... (not healthy i know.. but im only living once.) i am 17/ 6"0 - 129 pounds.
I left like this.. 129 pounds to mexico.
i came back last nite and weighed in this morning- 128
I have been eating like 1400 calories a day from before, and on a constant diet... cause i think im anorexic.. but it all changed on the trip...
and if i think about it... 20 buffalo wings, beers, daqaries, all that has MAJOR fat and calories... i have been like consuming 4700 calories per day....
NOW MY QUESTION IS:
if i came back from eating like way way way over my caloric intake per day... how the hell do i weigh less.. and i dont think its water weight...
ALSO- my main question is that, the scale told me i weighted less than i did when i left- but i have noticed i feel fat around my neck... kinda like i gained around my neck/atomsapple part and around my body... Is this due to the empty calories in alcohol? i always thought that neckfat was an iodine like deficiency...
hmm
