soy sauce and sodium
I've been on a major stir fry kick lately, as it seems that others have to by looking at the boards, and I usually use soy sauce for flavor. I am starting to get kindof weirded out about it though because of the high amts of sodium, and I am retaining an awful lot of water.
Does anyone know of an alternative? Do they make soy sauce with lower sodium? I've honestly never looked. Or is there a particular brand that is healthier than an other?
