I am very fond of the v8 tomatoe juice, and when i was 13 i used to chug the large cans in contest (the one with alot of sodium), i have fallen away from the v8 and am now 17
but my ideal question is, does v8 low sodium give you benifits? or is this a tomatoe juice drink with an ideal secret (or a dehydrated source of veggies) Im not asking for it to provide my servings... but will it help with my digestive system/ and contribute?
its also low calorie!
