Period=no apetite

Does anyone else (female, obviously) get stomach issues with their period? My stomach becomes very sensitive and feels almost as if I ate something bad and I tend to lose my apetite a little bit. Do you think I should take Midol for this or Advil? I don't want this to make me skimp on food because I know I need full meals right now...
But I think the chocolate I scarf on my period might make up for it...haha. Had 8 pieces of chocolate last night!!

Re: Period=no apetite

Oddly enough...I'm almost the same way. I don't get sick, but I have almost no appetite the whole week of my period...unfortunately the few days after I go a little nuts because I get so hungry!

Re: Period=no apetite

I experience the same thing. I get nauseous around the time of my period. Usually the first two days. I try to eat only my favorite light foods during that time. It seems to help!
