My cousin has been dropping weight right and left and I asked her what she was doing since I know she does not have a lot of time to exercise because of her two babies. Well she told me she had started the Snowbird diet. She wrote down all the guidelines with the three days and the foods to eat during each meal, but what she didnt clarify for me because it didnt affect her since she liked every food that was on there and didnt have to think about cancelling any out. But for example, Day one during dinner says eat 6 oz. of beets, I HATE BEETS is there any way you replace with a diff. veggie or just not eat that part in all?? Because like in Day 3 during dinner its 6 oz. of beets OR CARROTS, could I eat 6 oz. of carrots both days?? Even though carrots was not given as an option on Day one dinner? Any help is appreciated
