Question!

Hey guys? How are you all doing today? Okay well I am recovering from binge eating disorder. It has been getting better and I am very happy with my recovery. I told my dad about it so even if I had the urge to binge, I couldnt because he would notice! My dad is very supportive. Okay so, I'm 5'2'' and weigh 125 lbs. I'd like to just loose 5 or 6 lbs. I used to weigh 138 actuily. I weigh myself so much. I eat something and then weighing myself to see my weight go up. Or exercise and then seeing my weight go down. I know this is hard to explain but when I don't weigh myself 24/7, I feel like I might have gained weight because I don't trust myself. I just want to go on a quick and healthy diet for 2 weeks and just loose the weight. Any advice? Thankyou all very much and good luck with your diets!

Good for you by telling your Dad about your binge eating!!! You already took the first step to getting healthier and that takes a lot of courage
As for doing a "quick 2 week diet" I wouldn't reccommend it. Two weeks is not enough time. It takes time to change your eating habits and get into a routine and also to loose weight.
You can surely begin your diet now and, with exersice, by 2 weeks you will totally feel the difference and hopefully you will see some results as well!!
No worries, with some hardwork & little time and patience you will be at your goal weight in no time and feeling GREAT!!
