Good for you by telling your Dad about your binge eating!!! You already took the first step to getting healthier and that takes a lot of courage

As for doing a "quick 2 week diet" I wouldn't reccommend it. Two weeks is not enough time. It takes time to change your eating habits and get into a routine and also to loose weight.
You can surely begin your diet now and, with exersice, by 2 weeks you will totally feel the difference and hopefully you will see some results as well!!
No worries, with some hardwork & little time and patience you will be at your goal weight in no time and feeling GREAT!!
