egg whites?
 

i know this isnt a calorie board or nething...btu what are the nutritional values and calories in egg whites? after i go for a jog or something i always microwave 2 egg whites in a glass. is this a good source of protien?

Excellent source of protein! I eat egg whites all the time. They are only 15-20 calories per egg white and have no fat. Even when my husband and I go for breakfast I always ask for three egg white omelete's and they are happy to do it.
