Mono/Chronic Fatigue...what can I eat/Take to get better?

I have had mono for nearly a year. I keep getting retested, and the test keeps coming back positive. All the doctors keep telling me to do is rest and drink water. You can't do that for over a year! I have rested and taken a million vitamins and health foods and I am not getting better. What can I do? Anything in my diet I can add to get better?

Hm - I don't think there is anything you can eat to get over mono, but I'm assuming lots of fruits and vegetables that are full of vitamins wouldn't hurt. I'm sorry you've had mono for so long - that must be awful. Are you allowed to exercise or are you supposed to constantly rest?
