Need suggestions...

I am a singer and actress, and have just been cast in a new show. I also have a day job, which requires me to spend much time in front of a computer. My current schedule is as follows:

6:30am - 7:00am: Drive to Work
7:00am - 12:00pm: Day Job
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Day Job
2:00pm - 2:45pm: Drive to Rehearsal
3:00pm - 12:00am: Rehearsal (with breaks inbetween)
12:00am - 12:45am: Drive Home

As a singer, I do not have dairy products, caffeine, or processed sugars (sweets, etc.). I drink LOTS of water, and eat lots of beef and carbs.

What can you suggest as far as foods that I should eat to keep me going through the day? Are there supplements that I should take? Currently I take a Multi-Vitamin and Vitamin C. Should I eat every few hours or just make sure to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner? My schedule will be like this for a month, Monday through Friday.

I would be most concerned with the stress level that goes along with a schedule like that, Then of course sleep, at best you are getting 5 1/2 hours of sleep, but that's not taking into account time spent unwinding, showering, do makeup and other hygenics, get dressed, etc. Lack of sleep can really throw you off messing up your metabolism and weakening your immune system...Any way to work in some extra sleep?

Nixona - Thank you so much for your reply. That is my concern as well: stress and lack of sleep. I gather that during breaks I will sneak in naps, but I wonder if there are certain foods that I should eat to help keep me going... rather than eating only what is available, which most often is fast food.
