I am a singer and actress, and have just been cast in a new show. I also have a day job, which requires me to spend much time in front of a computer. My current schedule is as follows:
6:30am - 7:00am: Drive to Work
7:00am - 12:00pm: Day Job
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Day Job
2:00pm - 2:45pm: Drive to Rehearsal
3:00pm - 12:00am: Rehearsal (with breaks inbetween)
12:00am - 12:45am: Drive Home
As a singer, I do not have dairy products, caffeine, or processed sugars (sweets, etc.). I drink LOTS of water, and eat lots of beef and carbs.
What can you suggest as far as foods that I should eat to keep me going through the day? Are there supplements that I should take? Currently I take a Multi-Vitamin and Vitamin C. Should I eat every few hours or just make sure to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner? My schedule will be like this for a month, Monday through Friday.
