I'm a strong believer in the benefits of Fiber. My favorite way to get it is a serving of Fiber one cereal sprinkled into a serving of yogurt.
I'm wondering if it's better to take in all the fiber first thing in the morning before you eat anything else, or for it to be the last thing you eat that day.
Honestly, I think it makes no difference whatsoever when you eat it. I too like Fiber One sprinkled in yogurt or cottage cheese. Try adding a cut up banana, too! Mmmmm!
i totally agree with you. fibre is great. if you have it at night, it may be better becaus eyou won't be bloated throughout the day. however, fibre during the day is what keeeps you full. therefore, i usually make sure to get about at least 5-10g of fibre/meal, so i can feel satieted longer throughout the day.
It doesn;t matter a bit. Fiber, especially SOLUBLE fiber, is good for you no matter when you eat it. If it's part of a meal, you might eat LESS of caloric foods because you fill up easier.
