Prune Juice question...

does prune juice help you bowel move every time you take it? Or do you stop going to the bathroom once your stomach gets used to the prune juice?

Re: Prune Juice question...

I am not exactly sure, but I think it helps you go every time because it is a natural laxative. if you are using it to go, it helps to drink it at night and first thing in the morning.
