hollaback Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Posts: 39	Frozen Chicken I just picked up a bag of Tyson 99% fat free frozen chicken breasts and I was looking at the nutritional infomation and it says it is based on 1 piece (196 grams). I was just wondering if this 196 grams is the weight of the chicken frozen, defrosted, or after cooked?
