My favorite breakfast food
I have this everymorning, it is so good, it doesnt sound too appealing but i reccomend that you guys try it. Take two plain oatmeal packets, mix in 1-2 splenda packets, add hot water, and then measure out two tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, and put it on top of the oatmeal. This is the PERFECT blend of carbs, proteins and fats, it keeps me satisfied throughout the day. It has 20 grams of fat( 16 g for the PB, and 4 grams for the 2 oatmeal packets) about 3 grams of sugar, and 390 calories) Try it! and let me know what you think because it doesnt sound too appetizing but i look forward to it every morning!
