Woke up at 5am and here is what my day looked like:
Breakfast: Luna bar, 6 saltine crackers, coffee with a little bit of NF milk. MIMOSA (it was my graduation day!)
Late Lunch(2pm): Cooked mussels to start, 1 piece of bread, 1 slice of smoked salmon on cracker, main dish was pan roasted scallops (4 of them) on a bed of lettuce in a vinaigrette dressing,
Dessert: apricot, 2 small bites of strawberry shortcake
Dinner/Late snack (8:30pm): 3 rice cakes with roasted red pepper hummus, LF cottage cheese with 3/4 cup granola, frozen yogurt with kashi sprinkled on top
I am so extremely full and after I ate that late lunch I decided it would suffice as my dinner also, but I definitely ate after that even though I was NOT hungry. I feel awful and keep thinking I'm going to gain weight...
If I go back to eating and exercising normally on monday or tuesday will I avoid weight gain?
