Ok, I'm 14 and im a female, 5'6 and 110-115 lbs... it varies... I need to know, how much protein I should be eating. I need to know how many calories i should be eating to not LOSE weight but to tone up my butt/legs. I also need to know how many fat grams i need to be eating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just exercise to tone up? You can't tone up by just eating. All you'll do is loose weight. Exercise will beef up your muscle tone and give you a great bod.
