Hi.I am 20 years old.And i need to gain wieght.I am 5'11" and 126lbs.My daily routine is just sitting in front of computer(what else would a software engineer do?).
I need help to gain weight.Advices,Tips,comments ,suggestions are welcome.
So the way I have done it is to eat good things and lots of them. Lots of fruit, nuts, fruit and nut bars, lots of snacks. Always make sure you eat 3 meals a day, and have nutritious snacks in between. Aim to eat something every hour even if it's just a piece of fruit. At the end of the day the way to gain weight is to keep eating.And it takes time, don't expect a sudden change.
Do you want to gain muscle weight or fat weight? Most guys I know want to gain muscle weight. In this case, you might try drinking a healthy protein drink and scheduling in some time for lifting some weights and/or jogging, swimming, etc. These are excellent ways to build muscle mass. How much wieght do you want to gain?
Thank everyone.I don't want to be a wrestler.i just want to be of normal weight.i hate drinking those protien shakes.yuk.anyways i will change my eating habits.infact i've changed it 2 days earlier.i am drinking lots of water...eating green vegetables,lots of salid,beans,cereals,bread...and yes my fav fruit ..mango.
