heheh yah, dont just eat like fatty deep fried foods all the time (but i certainly can have em in moderation

), make shure u get a lot of protein, carbs, calcium, ect. what i do it i try to get all the recommended values of each food group per day. so i try to get at least 9 servings of bread, or 2 - 3 servings of protien. even if im not hungry! lol snack every 2 hours or so, eat all ur meals, drink lots of milk!
