| Not eating right??
I don't know if I'm wearing myself out or what. I've been watching what I eat for the last month-plus. More fruits, smaller portions, balanced meals, etc. and excercising. The last few days I have felt horrible - sick. Generally though, not until after dinner i have just been feeling exhausted, like it all catches up to me. Headache, tired.. today it makes sense because all I ate for breakfast was a banana. ( i was running errands all afternoon) Lunch an apple and yogurt and snack was an orange. Dinner, meat, potatoes and brocolli. Not a very balanced day. I was just wondering if all of the aching, sick feelings, might be from my body adjusting to the exercise and not having all the sugars, processed foods, etc.?
the only ever time i remember feeling so sick was when i detoxed and switched to nothing but organic foods. i couldnt tolerate the sickness that lasted over 3 wks and went back to regular eating.
....and before anyone asks there is no way possible i am pregnant.
