healthy snack for icecream lovers
If you have a sweet tooth and like help not eating so many things packed w/ sugar and calories...i have this great recipe for a sweet healthy substitute.
Thaw(21oz.frozen strawberries for 5minutes)+Pour(1 1/2 cups apple cider and strawberries into a blender)+Add(1 can or 12oz. fat-free evaporated milk)+Drizzle in(2 tbsp honey)-Puree all ingredients for 30 seconds in blender=Garnish w/a small dollop of fat free whipped topping.
I love it and you'll forget you ever craved icecream!! You can also do this recipe w/ most different kinds of fruits! This sweet snack has only 128 calories and contains 20 percent of your daily calcium and vitamin D.
