I was reading about how goat's milk is easier to digest. And I was drinking soy mik for a while, and just switched back to cow's a few days ago and I'm thinking that i may be allergic. Has anyone ever drank this stuff and is it tolorable. I need my milk, hehe, thanks!
I was considering rice milk but it's higher in carbs and sugar but I guess I could live with that, and I LOVE the taste and when I buy it, I find myself taking a million sips out of the carton through out the day since i'd be the only one who drinks it. My husband and daughter drinks cows milk but of course, I have to be the complicated one.
From reading many posts and articles online, I'm beginning to be convinced that it's a "food thing."
Oh, and this stuff is pricey but it may be well worth it. I like cereal and and mixing my whey shakes into something, but I get these stomach problems from time to time and it's either lactose or gluten I think, unless it's just a lazy colon. It's kina embarassing to admit this but it's constipation, gassy, and very BLOATED. I HATE it and it actually prevents me from going out cause I hate to wear anything but baggy clothing. So to sum it up, it's kinda ruining my social life. Thanks
