1/2 cup blueberries (50??)

1/2 cup LF cottage cheese (100)
Raisins (80)

4 white cheddar rice cakes (180) topped with
Turkey slices (120)
Vegi Cheese (110)
Salsa (30)
3 baby carrots (20)
4 sesame crackers (60)

I guess you could say I ate lunch very early...I don't know why I did that, but now I feel like a slug and I didn't even eat anything very bad!!! It's just the fact that I wasn't starving when I ate it that bothers me....
I'm going to run this afternoon and I probably won't eat again until dinnertime, so I guess it's alright...

That really is NOT a lot at all...usually before 12/ around that time, I have already eaten so much more...prolly as much as your day is in total! Arent you still trying to GAIN weight?

Ls, just like girlygirl said, thats not a lot at all! I too feel sluggish after I eat lunch, because I havent worked out yet. But once its night time, I feel great! Sometimes its the hot weather that can make you feel like that. Drinking really cold water makes me feel better.

LS!! Don't worry at all! That isnt a lot at all, what matters is at the end of the day if you can eat more than you body can metabolize. 650 calories? That isnt a lot! I eat about 600 calories alone for breakfast daily, sometimes as much as 750 calories, and my lunch is about 600 calories, and I am still maintaining my weight of 115 ( I am 5'5). I never binge at all though, because I eat enough at every meal, and I eat between 1800-2000 cals a day. So don't sweat it!!! 3500 calories in a pound, and if you were to gain a pound, it would be that many unused calories! So dont sweat it!

What do you have for breakfast that equals 750 cals? Do you eat it all at once or throughout your morning? I eat like maybe 400 or so cals and I am pretty full so I was just wondering.

Yeah, i guess that wasn't a lot of food. I actually ended up not eating ENOUGH yesterday b/c I didn't really eat much of a dinner.
And to answer your question, girlygirl, yes i guess i AM still trying to gain weight, but not really. I think I've actually lost weight, which is a bad thing considering i am already pretty thin. i sometimes feel like i have two different voices going on in my head when it comes to weight/health...part of me knows i should gain a little weight, but another part of me likes being thin and likes how things are going right now. i honestly don't know what to do.
And im on birth control now so not getting my period isn't much of a concern. i think that if i had the motivation of not getting my period id be more apt to gain weight.
Ay yay yay...

Magnolia - im just as curious as jade- what do you eat for breakfast? are you still hungry at lunch after eating 750cals in the AM? do you workout? do you have an extremely fast metab?

I'm curious too. I usually only have about 200-300 kcal for breakfast. Not because I even care how many calories I eat. I eat healthy, choose the right foods and that's good enough for me. I actually am full after eating 200-300 kcal at breakfast. I usually have 2 yogurts or an apple or cereal with milk. I can't stomach any more than that.

I have about 500-600 Cals for breakfast and I definately get hungry for lunch. My lunch is also about 5/600 Cals, as is dinner, and I have a 300 cal snack btwn lunch and dinner and a 200 cal snack later in the night. With the exception of SOME days, I am usually hungry for my next eating time.

The thing about Birth Control- you may be getting periods, but they are induced. They aren't your body's 'real' period- that is to say, if you went off the pill, you may not get your period, which means your body isn't healthy. You ARE still quite thin, and you definately do not ever eat close to 'over' what most people would consider a normal day. Trust me (and the rest of us) when we say that you don't overeat and that you should still be concerned with getting healthy (ie/ putting on a little more weight). Just a question, but have you ever been diagnosed with an eating disorder?

well, i eat most of my cals in the morning, so i am not really hungry at all in the afternoon or evening, keeping in mind that I do track my calories and eat between 1800-2000, so I guess I am always just really hungry in the morning because my dinner/snack was so light the night before. Breakfast for me is two oatmeal packets with 2 tbsp pb, a 100 cal apple, and 80 cal yogurt. Today I had 750 cals for breakfast which was the oatmeal and pb, an 80 cal yogurt and 2 tbsp pb on light 100% whole wheat bread.

to answer everyones question about my working out, i workout 5 times a week from 5 45 am to 6 45 am two of those days are kickboxing and the other three are strength training, and i will walk every now and them to the gym which is a 30 min walk. I weigh 115 pounds, i have lost 21 lbs since december doing what im doing now. So i am pretty active. Plus I am only 18 years old so i guess my metab is kinda high?

Wow, that is an early workout! And 5 times a week!?! I'm impressed. I don't think I even went to the gym at all when I was 18 (but then again I was really into sports and stuff).

Well, I don't play sports, so thats why I'm in the gym! I am such an earlybird, plus I love how working out makes me feel after!
