Welcome, MakingStridesNY, I just joined a short while back. Everyone is so friendly and yes, you generally can just chime in anytime you have something to share or to help others with your own experiences or expertise. It can get addictive, LOL. See you around.

Yes, this site is very beneficial for any type of question you may have, especially for advice from other's. I have learned ALOT from browsing these threads and like sonflower said, the people are very nice. So just wanted to say hello.
