Now it's summer and its HOT, HOT, HOT I can't drink green tea anymore. And the ice tea from the store is loaded with calories. So what I do now is, I make my own home-made ice tea. I prepare green tea, add in some lemon juice and then put it in the fridge. lol... Very low in calories and all natural. The green tea stimulates your metabolism, the lemon suppresses your hunger a bit and it's good against acne. The drink itsself is very healthy anyway!! So I just thought I'd share this very obvious home recipe with you guys lol...

Yeah, thanks.
I always wanted to know if "iced" green tea is just as good as "hot." Sounds yummy.
Yeah I think it tastes alright too. Especially when it's really cold in hot weather. My family is just spoiled, they don't like water either.
I'm not sure if it's the drink. But ever since I drink it I feel horrible to eat lol... Like sooo eugh I don't wanna eat. This is good cause when I'm hungry it's hard to make the right choices. Now I can force myself to eat something healthy and I don't have to keep myself from eating delicious foods.
Oh, I read about it on the acne board a while ago. There was this huge board on it where people would drink a glass or water + lemon juice in the morning against inflammation in the skin which would lead to better skin. Or something like that...
