My BMI is in the normal range, so I'm not overweight. However, I binge about once a day. I really want to eat healthly but I always end up eating huge amounts of junk food. I'm not sure why i do it because it makes my stomach hurt and I feel horrible about myself after. Does anyone have any tips to help me control what i eat and just generally have better eating habits?
I would try to eat healthier and eat include more fiber in your diet. Also when your about to binge, try to do something else for about thirty minutes and the hunger will go away. Hunger can sometimes be mistaken for thirst.
I do try to eat fiber. I start out well but by the end of the day I'm eating junk food and lots of it. You are right about trying to do something else to distract me from my "hunger." Thanks for your advise.
i've had trouble with that in the past. i realised that i usually just ate out if boredom, so i try and keep myself busy. excercising has helped me the most, i dont know how or why but if i go for a jog or to the gym it sort of regulates my appetite and stops me from making unwise food choices. also, make sure you're eating a big enough breakfast. if you dont eat enough at the start of the day i find i'm more likely to pig ou
