How long were you envisioning keeping up that routine? What kind of bread on the sandwiches?
As written, there are no (that is, zero) vegetables in your plan. Personally, I'm not a big fan of cereals; in my view it is just over processed junk, even if they do start with whole grains. And, if the cheese is your standard, grocery store variety, it looks like there are virtually no good fats in your plan.
So, depending on how much turkey you get (and is it deli variety with stuff added?), you are probably meeting your meat quota and your fruit quota (as part of the vegetable/fruit quota) (the choice of grapes is questionable, but hopefully they are purple or at least red so you are getting some antioxidants) and possibly the dairy quota (hopefully its a decent quality cheese).
