Lately I havent been eating alot, nor have I wanted to eat alot.
I'm about 5' 3'' and usually weigh about 110 or 112, but I went on the scale today and I'm at 105..But I'm always skinnier in the mornings.
I just don't even want anything to eat. I ate some oatmeal this morning but really didnt want to...I forced myself..lol
Has anyone felt this way? Could this just be from something else like Stress?
