Kindof Losing my appetite

Lately I havent been eating alot, nor have I wanted to eat alot.

I'm about 5' 3'' and usually weigh about 110 or 112, but I went on the scale today and I'm at 105..But I'm always skinnier in the mornings.

I just don't even want anything to eat. I ate some oatmeal this morning but really didnt want to...I forced myself..lol

Has anyone felt this way? Could this just be from something else like Stress?

Thanks

Re: Kindof Losing my appetite

Yes, I can totally relate to you. I think the summer heat plays a major impact the appetite(i.e. no hunger). I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you become dangerously overweight, or if this persists. I really haven't had that problem lately, but I do go through my phases. ANd yes, stress could definitely be a factor. Hang in there, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Re: Kindof Losing my appetite

I have this problem BIG TIME. For MONTHS. In fact just the thought of eating often makes me feel sick. Does anyone have any suggestions for foods that are very nutritious but easy to eat when you don't want to eat??? This really stinks, I miss being able to enjoy food and feel hunger.

In my case there is an underlying medical disorder (not that I know what it is yet, but that's another story.) In your case it could just be weather-related or stress. But if it lasts a while I'd see a doctor. I am stuck in some kind of as-yet-undiagnosed medical nightmare but loss of appetite was my FIRST symptom (which I ignored for a long time because I thought it was stress.)
