i am 5,6 wiegh 280pounds and want to lose weight, does anyone know of any free site where you go to get a diet plan i am on a tight budget, and cant afford 30-40 pounds for advice and diet plan or to get pills.
do you live near a library? i'm sure they must have a healthy living section or something, you could try looking there. i don't believe you should ever have to pay for weightloss, except maybe gym membership. theres plenty of advice and guidelines out there on the internet and in books, take some time to educate yourself about weightloss, then its up to you to out what you know into practice. also, pills can do more harm than good, don't waste your money. at least until you've tried the natural way first

Why not start building certain things into your lifestyle on a gradual basis, things that you can maintain for the rest of your lfie without feeling "deprived." Like parking further away from your office so you can walk more. Daily walks of at least 20 minutes.
Replacing unhealthy snacks, processed foods and soda for healthy snacks like fresh fruit and vegetables.
If you find yourself eating most when you're in front of the TV at night, try turning the TV off and doing something else; pick up the phone and call an old friend, start cleaning out that junk drawer or develop a new hobby.
It's hard to give more specific advice when you really don't know much about a person's situation, but these are just a few thoughts to get you started.
