Im a 19 year old college student whom in high school was at 130lbs and now a year later i weight a sick 110lbs. i hate it! i want meat i want curves!!!! im a busy body who has a low budget for food and not alot of time to eat. what are some tips on how i can get a few extra pounds added to my stickly body???? any help would be great Thanks a bundle!!!!
Well gaining weight isent, eating all the food you can muster, and hope that the scale moves. You want to eat the right foods, that will make you looked toned and more curvey. You should be eating grains, PROTIEN, DAIRY, meat, healthy fats (peanut butter, peanuts, flax seed oil), and a few treats here and there! You want to try to eat every 3 hours. What is a normal day of eating like for you?
