How to gain weight

Yeah thats a statement you dont hear alot of women say. How do I gain weight? ...well how do u?????

Im a 19 year old college student whom in high school was at 130lbs and now a year later i weight a sick 110lbs. i hate it! i want meat i want curves!!!! im a busy body who has a low budget for food and not alot of time to eat. what are some tips on how i can get a few extra pounds added to my stickly body???? any help would be great Thanks a bundle!!!!

ps. i dont drink pop or eat dairy in the summer.

Well gaining weight isent, eating all the food you can muster, and hope that the scale moves. You want to eat the right foods, that will make you looked toned and more curvey. You should be eating grains, PROTIEN, DAIRY, meat, healthy fats (peanut butter, peanuts, flax seed oil), and a few treats here and there! You want to try to eat every 3 hours. What is a normal day of eating like for you?

just a reminder when trying to gain(or loose for those who are reading!) DON'T gain/loose more than 2-3pounds a week to keep the heart healthy

first step in gaining weight is to determine how many calories you are eating. the next step is to add about 250-300 more. then you maintain that amount for a week and see what happens

if you dont gain weight, add more calories. if you do gain weight, dont add more calories. only add more after you havent gained any weight over the previous week
